I need to update my phone number or email​.
Login to the LASSO Mobile App with your existing contact information. If your phone number has changed, choose the option to send the login code to your email, login to the app, then update your login email and/or phone number by clicking on your initials, then User Settings. Also be sure to update your contact email and/or phone number for each of your employers by selecting My Company Profiles, your profile, then Personal Information,
I need to contact my employer​.
First, confirm that your LASSO Mobile App is updated to the latest version. Next, click on your initials in the yellow circle at the top of the app. In the menu, click “Contact My Employer(s)”. From the list, click on the name of the employer. Use the provided email to contact your employer.
I have to call out of a shift​.
LASSO cannot change your schedule on behalf of your employer. Please contact your employer directly to avoid any no call/no show strikes.
To contact your employer, first make sure that your LASSO Mobile App is updated to the latest version. Next, click on your initials in the yellow circle at the top of the app. In the menu, click “Contact My Employer(s)”. From the list, click on the name of the employer. Use the provided email to contact your employer.
 

I’m not getting the text code to login​.
Use the FAQ section of your site to answer those routine questions that always come up and need to be answered. This is a great way to tell us more about what you can offer, fill in some details that might intrigue us, and show us how knowledgeable and helpful you can be.
